Parking is available with a $60 deposit for a garage door opener. Parking rates are:
$25 for outside energized
$30 for covered
Cats only are permitted with a $25 monthly pet fee (per pet) and approval of the pet application.
LEASE TERMS
Four, Six and twelve month lease terms are available to new and existing residents.
