The suite itself is a 2 bedroom penthouse suite in an 8 unit building (4 up, 4 down). It was built in 2006, and it is roughly 1100 square feet.
Appliances include Fridge, Stove/oven, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Garburator, and a large BBQ. There is also a private garage with door opener, and a tandem parking stall in front of that. Ample street parking is also an option just in front of the suite itself.
The condo is located in south Edmonton about 12 minutes from the airport, and 5 minutes from an area called South Common which is popular for shopping and eating. It is situated in a neighbourhood called Summerside. Summerside is looked at as kind of a prestigious neighbourhood in Edmonton because the residents are privy to the only swim able lake in Edmonton. The lake offers amenities beyond swimming such as: Fishing (Stocked with Rainbow Trout, no license required, but a limit of 3 per day, Free Usage of Kayaks, Paddle boats, Catamarans, Tennis racquets, balls, and courts, Basket Balls for hoops, Volley balls for the sandy beach, Beach BBQs, and a few other things that I can't recall right now.
