*** This home is pet friendly to a responsible owner (all pets must be approved prior to move in). There is an additional pet fee of $50 per month for each pet.

*** The suite will be impeccably clean the day you move in so that all you have to do is unpack.
Our fully furnished rentals include EVERYTHING…utilities, cable, high speed internet, dishes, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, towels, bedding, TV, and DVD player.
A one time $200 cleaning fee is required when you move in to cover any cleaning expenses when you move out.
A deposit of $500 on a VISA or MasterCard is required to reserve the suite.
Available February 20th or March 1st for a one month minimum.
