We are look for a clean mature student or professional to join our quiet household starting June. Everything is included with the rent: heat, water, electricity, wireless internet, cable tv (in living room), and bi-monthly cleaning of the bathrooms and common areas. The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, lamp, curtains, bedding, and towel. The house is within walking distance of the university, Whyte Ave., and a Safeway, and is only three blocks from the McKernan Belgravia LRT station. (Please don't call during work hours).
