I am a professional female looking for a roommate to share my newly renovated house on a huge fenced lot which is two blocks from the Millcreek Ravine and just off Whyte Avenue. At the end of the block is a bus stop with easy service to the UofA or there is parking on the street. 
 
Rent is $750/month and includes all utilities (heat, water, cable and wireless internet). The house is fully furnished including the bedroom. The bedroom includes a double pillowtop bed, dresser, night stand, deak & chair, TV and black-out blind.
 
The third bedroom is being used as a work out room with a TV, row machine and sauna.
 
I also have a cat named Hobbes that gets along with people but he is very territorial when it comes to other animals, so please no pets.
