Hello! I am looking to rent out my cozy, clean and spacious half duplex in the safe and quiet community of Summerside. The move-in date is flexible depending on your needs, but ideally May 15th. I am willing to be flexible for the right tenants.

The duplex is situated in the quiet south Edmonton neighbourhood of Summerside with access to Summerside Lake and facilities (included in rent price), 5-minute walking distance from a public kindergarten-grade 9 school and a 5-minute drive from a brand new Catholic kindergarten-grade 9 school. It has easy access to Anthony Henday (5 min drive), Calgary Trail (5 min drive), Gateway Boulevard (5 min drive), Edmonton International Airport (15 min drive) and South Common Shopping Center (8 min drive). Edmonton Transit stops directly outside of the duplex and is a short trip (5 min) to a variety of close-by amenities. This is a great area for professional couples, families with children and post-secondary students alike.
